John holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (University of NSW, Australia), and an MBA (AGSM, Australia).
John is passionate about the need to balance profitability with sustainability. He is also involved in giving back to the local community and to the regional communities where he works.

Michelle is a strategic marketing professional with 30 years experience in a diverse range of industries including tourism, hospitality, professional services and retail.
Michelle has a strong creative flair and an excellent understanding of business strategy and marketing, including the social media landscape, as well as the practical experience to help clients implement their strategies.
Michelle is a professional website designer, helping clients to take their businesses online with fresh, modern websites designed in Squarespace.
When she’s not working with clients or writing novels, Michelle devotes time to helping with the website and marketing at south coast literary festival StoryFest, and to fundraising for mental health at Head Above Water. She loves spending time with her kids, regular dips in the ocean and reading novels with a glass of pinot noir nearby.
